During your virtual consultation, there are a few simple things that we will need in order to give you a good idea of the cost of treatment and length of treatment. We will gather some personal information like your name, age, phone number, and email address.
The next section is especially important. The more information that you give about what you are looking for in your orthodontic experience, the better. Please be very specific. We will ask you questions about what your concerns are and what is important to you. We also want to know what type of appliance you are looking for, clear braces, traditional metal braces, or clear aligners.
We will then need to get some photos. These are sometimes challenging to take of yourself. It is easier if someone else can take the pictures for this step.

Once we receive the information, Dr. McDonough will look things over and give our Treatment Coordinator the information that she needs to send you a quote. The quote will come right to your inbox and you won’t have even had to get up off the couch.
After you have looked over your quote, call our office at (801) 266-2662 and set up a time to meet with our Treatment Coordinator. You will get to meet Dr. McDonough and also during that appointment, our Treatment Coordinator will take a scan and x-rays to make sure there aren’t any surprises, verify insurance information and give you a cost with payment options and get you scheduled for a time that works best for you and your busy schedule.
